Trauma-Sensitive Yoga
The trauma of neglect, emotional or verbal abuse; domestic violence; sexual assault; loss of a child, spouse or family member through death or divorce affects our body. A small group or one-on-one yoga practice provides an opportunity to relax and gently release the memories that are stored in our bodies in a safe and comfortable environment. Currently only doing virtual or outside classes at night or the weekends. Prices for individuals start at $75 per session. Contact me for small group prices.
