Hi, I’m Liz Lahti.

I LOVE yoga! It has changed my life. It has given me a way to connect my breath, body, and soul on and off the mat. I started practicing yoga 10 years ago while training for marathons. What I found was more than I could have imagined. It has helped me relieve the pressures of life, injuries from sports and getting older, and the trauma held in my body. I have experienced more freedom, strength, power, and less stress than I ever have before. My positive experience propelled me to get my RYT 200 and 100 Hour YogaFit for Warriors Trauma Sensitive Teacher Training certificate from YogaFit so others could experience the same. I offer classes and personalized one-on-one sessions. I craft each session to provide you with breathwork, warmup stretches, strengthening and balancing exercises and a revitalizing meditation.
